Pool Season Opens May 4th

As the Managing Agent for University Place Dallas Homeowners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that the pool season will begin Saturday, May 4th, 2024. Regular pool hours will be observed, Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm. All guests will be required to present the following items to be admitted into the pool.

• Gate Entry Card

The HOA will be conducting regular sanitation of the amenity center daily to assist in maintaining the safety of its guests and homeowners. If you need a pool key card or replacement, please visit www.universityplacedallashoa.com. Replacement Key Cards are available for purchase. If you have any questions, you may submit a web submission on the HOA website under the “Contact Us” tab.
