Tree removal is a complex process that requires careful consideration and planning. It involves assessing the tree, determining whether it needs to be removed, preparing for its removal, and taking measures afterward to ensure proper debris disposal. Remember that aesthetically, by removing a dead tree and replacing it, one can improve the view of the home while increasing the value of the property. Please keep in mind that the Association does require you to submit the Architectural Covenants and Conditions form (ACC), as this is the proper protocol to submit, for full details of the project. We also encourage you to read the Associations CC&R’s for detailed compliance rules and regulations regarding your replacement.

With the spring season fast approaching, we would like to share a few kind reminders and updates to ensure a pleasant and thriving community.

    Lawn Maintenance and House Repairs:
      Embrace the warmer weather by focusing on lawn upkeep and house repairs. A well-maintained community enhances everyone's living experience, fostering a sense of pride in our shared spaces. Reminder, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Application and Approval is required prior to any exterior modification. ACC Applications may be found online on your Association website.
    Water Conservation During Rainy Season:
      While appreciating the benefits of the rainy season, let's be mindful of water conservation. Adjust irrigation systems to align with natural rainfall, contributing to the collective effort to preserve our water resources. Regular preventative maintenance may be necessary on your irrigation system, please check with your lawn care provider to perform system checks &/or repairs on your system and rain & freeze sensors for optimum water conservation efforts.
    General Spring-Cleaning Tips:
      Declutter and organize living spaces.
        Clean and inspect gutters for debris.
        Schedule HVAC system maintenance.
        Check and clean outdoor furniture.
        Donate items you no longer need.
        Changing batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
    Responsible Pet Ownership – Cleaning Up After Your Pets:
      As we enjoy the outdoors, please be responsible pet owners and pick up any droppings left by your pets. Keeping our neighborhoods clean is a shared responsibility that contributes to a pleasant living environment for everyone.
